Preliminary schedules will be available few days before the event.
Matchmaking event “NANO-2020” will take place in the framework of the 8th International Conference "Nanotechnologies and Nanomaterials" that will be held on 26 - 29 August 2020 in House of Scientists in Lviv, Ukraine.
The Institute of Physics of NASU organizes the 8th International Conference "Nanotechnologies and Nanomaterials" NANO-2020 in collaboration with the Lviv Polytechnic National University (Ukraine), University of Tartu (Estonia), University of Turin (Italy), Pierre and Marie Curie University and CNRS (France), European Profiles A.E. (Greece), Representative office „Polish Academy of Sciences” in Kyiv.
One-to-one s2s and s2b pre-scheduled meetings will allow the research institutions to discuss the last tendency in nanoscience; to find partners for taking part in International Projects; to looking for new possible development solutions, inventions and commercially interesting technologies. Such meetings present an excellent basis for possible future research cooperation and business synergies.
“NANO-2020” brings together scientists, start-ups, and clusters organizations from whole the world. This is a unique opportunity to generate new cooperation contacts.
Meetings will take place virtually or during the NANO-2020 Conference and will be arranged in advance by means of this website.
The goal of the Matchmaking event is to create a strong network of laboratories, institutions, start-ups and cluster organizations in the close relation which all specialists in the NANO area (better knowledge of the existing facilities, the wider market for technology transfer possibilities).
The forum will explore recent achievements and challenges in the following areas:
- Physico-chemical nanomaterials science
- Nanobiotechnology for health-care
- Nanoscale physics
- Nanochemistry and biotechnology
- Nanoplasmonics and surface enhanced spectroscopy
- Nanooptics and photonics
- Nanostructured surfaces
- Nanocomposites and nanomaterials
- Nanoobjects microscopy
The meetings will focus on applications, solutions and expertise in natural sciences, electronics, new materials, environment, physics, chemistry and biochemistry.
Our aim is to promote knowledge exchange between academia and industry, in order to strengthen the cooperation and transfer of innovations from research labs into industrial exploitation. Our goal is also further strengthening the knowledge base and experiences of technology transfer professionals at public research organisations.
- R2B - Research2Business meetings
- Opportunities arising from publicly funded research projects (presentations of successful scientific projects)
- Presentations of research and scientific papers
